About me:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst- I am qualified to work with people around environmental interventions to support behavior change. I have almost 20 years of experience in this field and most of my clinical experience is rooted in Neurodivergence.
However over the past 10 years I have developed an expertise in the counseling theory of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy- a strategy to use perspective and language to change behavior even if the existing environment is less than supportive. Which means I can pull from BOTH powerful forms of support: environmental and perspective experiments to help you towards a life you are passionate about and enjoy!
When I switched from clinical therapy settings and moved to Burn out coaching as it felt most aligned, and found that a marriage of my past presented itself. Almost all of my clients ended up being powerful ADHDers struggling with burnout. As one by one my clients started making the lives of their dreams I decided to make it official. Going back to my roots and specifically looking for amazing and burnt out ADHDers ready to live the lives they love!
I have found that sometimes accessing support can be challenging and have had to pay the "ADHD Tax" myself from time to time- which is why I have several mindfully developed structures to help support you to receive your support, in the way that is most accessible to meet you where you are at here and now (vs where you think you should be) instead of feeling guilty about it when the system doesn't work for you.
My current set-up is that I have 3 ways to access me:
1. a stand alone break through call for someone who just wants to break through on something specific.
2. a 6 pack of calls for a discounted price these are best for people who need to actually schedule something in their day because they are too busy- but who want to build a new relationship with
3. or a 6 month continuous system with a voice note app for asynchronous support throughout the week - for the people who need that hot button moment support or they will forget. this comes with a direct call a month as well for bigger strategy/planning or to dive deeply into a topic with focus.
